Overview
Springwood Development is a new development that boasts 76 new luxurious homes in the heart of Kent, situated close to the coastal town of Folkestone.
The challenge
Shout was approached to create both the name and brand identity to match the beautiful new development.
Our solution
Taking inspiration from the woodland area near Hawkinge, we created an elegant brand identity with branding assets that reflected the natural aesthetics of the area. To capture the brand vision, we used CGI techniques and illustrations to capture a visual identity. With a complete brochure design and stationery suite to bloom the brand into life, Springwood Development was ready to charm and delight their target audience.
