Overview

Cappagh is a family owned contracting company that has been committed to serving the construction industry for over 50 years. They partner with utility companies to ensure that essential services like water, sewerage, gas and electric continue to flow throughout the South East. Shout was commissioned to bring their online presence up to date.

The challenge

Cappagh asked Shout to create a new platform that would be modern and accessible, with the aim of attracting new customers and staff into the business. Cappagh also wanted to seize the opportunity to streamline their skip and grab hire service by taking bookings and payments online through the new website.

Our solution

Shout stepped in and created a website that is much simpler and more intuitive to use for both customers and staff alike, whether on desktop or mobile. We also created a full, eCommerce microsite for the company's skip and grab hire and a secure login microsite to house data and resources for new and existing employees.
