Shout were commissioned to develop a complete brand concept and identity that would ensure Myrock would appeal to the younger buyer. Essex boasts an array of successful estate agencies, so Shout had to think carefully about their approach to the brief to ensure Myrock wouldn't blend into the background. Understanding the mindset of the younger buyer was key to the task.

Drawing on the research, our team developed a brand identity that would reflect Myrock's offering in what is already a crowded market. From the brand name, through to storefront, we created a brand bound together by natural based earthly textures. The myrock brand is the ideal blend of sleek, minimal and tactile.
